Nick Kingsley, also know as Tut Tut Child, releases his brand new EP titled Impossible Things Before Breakfast today on Monstercat Records (who would have thought?). All hail to Monstercat! Again, this independent (sort-of) label continues to spit out very well received productions from new and relatively unheard of electronic musicians. Their latest creation alongside bass fanatic Tut Tut is on par with Monstercat’s reputation thus far.
For those unfamiliar with Nick’s style, he is into all things bass music: Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Glitch Hop, Drumstep, Electro House – you name it. What is unique about this artist is that Tut Tut Child draws many of his influences from styles other than EDM, including metal and even swing music. His melodies seem to find a way to perfectly complement the nasty, grimy bass he lays down on each track.
Despite the fact that we have no idea what the titled of this EP means, we do know that we thoroughly enjoy it. We hope you do as well.
